  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onion and garlic until the meat is no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes; let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth.
