- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 20 caramels (unwrapped)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar using an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Add the egg white and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Incorporate flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cut into circles.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until puffy but not glossy; cool on a wire rack.
- Microwave caramels with milk until smooth; spoon over cooled cookies.
- Chill for 10-15 minutes; melt chocolate chips in intervals.
- Spread melted chocolate over each cookie; allow to set before serving.
