Ingredients

  • 20 caramels (unwrapped)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. Add the egg white and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Incorporate flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cut into circles.
  6. Bake for 6-8 minutes until puffy but not glossy; cool on a wire rack.
  7. Microwave caramels with milk until smooth; spoon over cooled cookies.
  8. Chill for 10-15 minutes; melt chocolate chips in intervals.
  9. Spread melted chocolate over each cookie; allow to set before serving.
