Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then gradually add flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.
