Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 3 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 heads broccoli, chopped
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp arrowroot powder
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp water (for mayo)

Instructions
- Rinse the rice until water runs clear and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, spices, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic; marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook rice in boiling water until absorbed (around 18 minutes).
- Air fry marinated chicken at 375°F for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Steam broccoli until crisp-tender (about 5 minutes).
- Prepare sticky sauce by thickening remaining marinade with arrowroot slurry over medium heat.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli; drizzle with sticky sauce and spicy mayo.
