  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil or avocado oil on a cutting board.
  3. Season both sides with a mixture of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Carefully cut pockets into the sides of each chicken breast.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt until well mixed.
  6. Stuff each chicken breast evenly with the spinach mixture.
  7. Place in a baking dish and bake uncovered for about 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
