- 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt (divided)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil or avocado oil on a cutting board.
- Season both sides with a mixture of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Carefully cut pockets into the sides of each chicken breast.
