  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 10 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and coat an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar and butter until smooth. Mix in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Fold in half of the crumbled turkey bacon and chopped peanuts.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top; return to the oven for 1 minute to melt the chips. Spread melted chocolate evenly and top with remaining turkey bacon and peanuts.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
