  • 15 ounces Cannellini Beans
  • 15 ounces Kidney Beans
  • 14.5 ounces Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 pound Ditalini Pasta (cooked)

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, seasoning with 1 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning.
  2. Drain excess fat, leaving one tablespoon in the pot for flavor.
  3. Sauté diced onion, carrots, and celery in the remaining fat for about 5-8 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and bay leaf; cook for one minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the browned beef to the pot along with diced tomatoes (with liquid), both types of beans, and chicken broth.
  6. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving each bowl with cooked ditalini pasta.
