Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of vegan gluten-free puff pastry
  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle, layer sliced bananas on top.
  4. Fold over the pastry, crimp edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate over the pies to create mummy bandages and dust with icing sugar.
