  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined and set aside.
  3. For the chocolate glaze, melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
  4. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer graham crackers followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture, then top with graham crackers.
  5. Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
