  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter, then press into a pie plate.
  2. Cook fresh cranberries with orange juice, zest, sugar, and vanilla until thickened; cool.
