- 5–6 organic sundried tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped organic kale
- 3 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- Tuscan Marry Me blend
- Sea salt
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken stock and flour, whisking until smooth. Add Tuscan spices, sundried tomatoes, and tomato paste.
- Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Lower the heat; gradually stir in heavy cream and cooking apple vinegar until combined.
