- Prepare the cheese filling by mixing softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, minced jalapeños, and garlic in a bowl until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin until mixed.
- Use a burger press to form patties: fill halfway with turkey mixture, create a well, add cheese filling, then cover with more turkey mixture and seal.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and brush burgers with olive oil.
- Grill each burger for about 7 to 8 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
