Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 8 ounces deli meat (chicken, turkey slices, or turkey pepperoni)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until combined.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and spread half of the butter mixture over it, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges.
  4. Layer your chosen deli meats and shredded mozzarella on top of the buttered dough, ensuring you leave about a 1-inch border.
  5. Starting from one long side, roll up the dough jelly-roll style and pinch the seam to seal tightly. Tuck both ends under before placing seam side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the remaining butter mixture over the top of the stromboli.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
