  • ½ cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon (if using), and sea salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
