  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp dark chocolate (for coating)
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flaxseed, and salt. Stir in the melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the mixture into an even layer.
  3. Freeze for about 20 minutes until firm; then cut into bar shapes.
  4. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and mix in peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Dip each bar into the chocolate coating and place back on the baking sheet to set in the refrigerator.
