Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tbsp Salted butter
  • 1 cup Grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles
  • 20 Strawberries
  • Roasted peanuts (or sliced almonds/sunflower kernels/pine nuts)
  • Colored shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and salted butter. Stir continuously until thickened and smooth (about 5-7 minutes). Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread the fudge mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a thin layer. Let it set for about 15-20 minutes until firm but not hard.
  3. Cut out small mouse shapes using a cookie cutter or shape by hand.
  4. Place each fudge piece on top of a strawberry. Stick sliced roasted peanuts into the sides for ears and decorate with colored sprinkles for eyes.
