- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar (any type)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk (unsweetened almond milk recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped chocolate in short bursts until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly before stirring in the yogurt and sugar until well combined.
