- 2/3 cup applesauce

- 2 tsp cinnamon (for streusel topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, applesauce, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
- For the cinnamon filling: In another bowl, mix melted butter, oat flour, white sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- For the streusel topping: Mix brown sugar, almond flour, oat flour, and cinnamon with slightly softened butter to form crumbs.
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish. Pour half of the batter into the dish; spread evenly. Layer half of the cinnamon filling on top and swirl it in. Add remaining batter and repeat with remaining filling.
