Ingredients

  • 6 cups rice krispie cereal
  • One 10oz bag mini vegan marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 oz green candy melts
  • 3 oz black candy melts
  • Royal icing eyes
  • Black jimmies sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
  2. In a large pot over low-medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until liquid.
  3. Add mini vegan marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir continuously until fully melted.
  4. Pour in the rice krispie cereal and mix until fully coated.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish; press down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes until set.
  7. Cut into rectangular shapes.
  8. Melt green candy melts over boiling water, then dip each treat’s top into the melted candy.
  9. Dip in black jimmies sprinkles for decoration; add royal icing eyes while still wet.
  10. Melt black candy melts and pipe stitches onto each treat.
