  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (for frosting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free) (for frosting)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for frosting)
  • 35 tablespoons eggnog (for frosting)
  • 12 tablespoons cornstarch (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and eggnog.
