  • 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour for topping
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two 8×4-inch bread pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. Mix in granulated and brown sugars until well combined.
  4. Create a well in the dry mixture and add oil; stir gently until just combined.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time until fully mixed in.
  6. Add pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract; stir until blended.
  7. Divide batter between the prepared pans and set aside while you make the topping.
  8. In another bowl, mix crumb topping ingredients until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle evenly over each loaf.
  9. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
