Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in warm milk. Let sit until frothy (5-10 mins).
- In another bowl, combine gluten free flour blend, ½ cup sugar, salt, and vanilla. Grate in frozen butter and mix until crumbly.
- Add yeast mixture to the flour mixture and stir until combined. Knead lightly until smooth.
