  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (100-110°F)
  • 3 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your bread pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and yeast.
  3. Add olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, and warm water; mix on low speed for one minute.
  4. Incorporate egg whites and salt; mix on medium speed until thick like cake batter.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown (internal temp: 205-210°F).
