Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced chicken in oil until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, combine chicken broth and cream cheese until melted. Gradually add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth.
  4. Mix in Italian seasoning and dried basil.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. If needed, use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
