- 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream

- 10 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Chopped green onions
- Chopped green chiles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, crabmeat, green onions, and green chiles. Mix until well blended.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread about 1/4 cup of the filling on one half of each tortilla and fold over.
- Brush the outer sides of the folded tortillas with melted butter for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
- Remove from the oven, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
