Description

Crab Quesadillas are a delightful blend of chewy tortillas and creamy, flavorful fillings, making them an ideal choice for both casual dinners and special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cooked and chopped crabmeat
  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Chopped green onions
  • Chopped green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, crabmeat, green onions, and green chiles. Mix until well blended.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread about 1/4 cup of the filling on one half of each tortilla and fold over.
  4. Brush the outer sides of the folded tortillas with melted butter for extra flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
