  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup shallot (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (paste or minced)
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, lump crab meat, shredded cheeses, mayo, minced shallot, parsley, chives, garlic, and seasonings until well mixed.
  3. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise and fill generously with the crab mixture before closing them up.
  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of the filled croissants.
  5. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
