  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 8 ounces noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken by slicing it into thin strips and chop your vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger for the teriyaki sauce. Pour over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
