  • 1 (3 oz) cherry Vegan Gelatin mix
  • 1 cup plus 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark
  • Optional: red and pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a zip-top bag, combine cheesecake pudding mix, cherry gelatin, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles. Seal and shake well.
  3. Place rice Chex cereal in a large bowl.
  4. Melt almond bark in the microwave for 1 minute; stir and heat an additional minute until fully melted.
  5. Pour melted almond bark over cereal and mix gently with a rubber spatula until coated.
