  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tablespoons cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 3/4 cup strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar; add melted butter and combine.
  3. Press the mixture into each tortilla shell and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes until golden brown.
  4. For the filling, beat together cream cheese, pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
