- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook penne until al dente; drain.
- 2. Season steak tips with Cajun spices and sear in a skillet until browned.
- 3. In the same skillet, prepare the creamy sauce by combining butter, garlic, heavy cream, milk, and cheeses until smooth.
- 4. Toss the cooked penne into the sauce and add seared steak tips; warm together for two minutes.
- 5. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
