  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil salted water and cook penne until al dente; drain.
  2. 2. Season steak tips with Cajun spices and sear in a skillet until browned.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, prepare the creamy sauce by combining butter, garlic, heavy cream, milk, and cheeses until smooth.
