Description

  • 16 ounces pipe rigate pasta
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 4 cups shredded cheese (white cheddar and sharp cheddar)
  • 2 cups shredded beef brisket
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Slap Ya Mama®, ground mustard, turmeric, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and return to the pot.
  2. In a large pot, combine milk, heavy cream, and vegetable broth; bring to a simmer.
  3. Gradually stir in both cheeses until melted into a creamy sauce.
  4. Add seasonings and mix well; let it simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  5. In a separate medium pot, heat the brisket with beef broth and BBQ sauce until warm.
  6. Serve the mac and cheese in bowls topped with brisket and drizzle extra BBQ sauce if desired.
