  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by blending cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy; add egg yolks and vanilla, mixing well.
