  • 16 g whipping cream stabilizer
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • Biscoff cookies
  • Biscoff spread
  • Ladyfingers (for base)
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, whipping cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix briefly until blended.
  2. Gradually add heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Cut ladyfingers into thirds; set aside.
  4. Line a baking ring with plastic wrap. Arrange ladyfinger pieces along the sides and bottom of the ring.
  5. Layer cream mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of Biscoff spread and cookie crumbs. Repeat until you reach the top; smooth out the final layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Warm additional Biscoff spread slightly and drizzle over the chilled dessert before garnishing with strawberries.
