Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 6 hamburger buns, torn into pieces
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Dill pickles and diced onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a bowl, combine torn buns with melted butter and sesame seeds.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the bun mixture, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the special sauce. Repeat layers and top with cheddar cheese.
