Instructions
- Marinate beef in a bowl with soy sauce, cornstarch, and dry apple juice for about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, and cornstarch mixed with water until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat; sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Push vegetables to the side, add marinated beef in a single layer; cook for 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Combine everything in the wok; pour in the sauce and stir well until evenly coated. Cook for an additional minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
