Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until flaky.
