  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until flaky.
  4. While the salmon bakes, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Once baked, drizzle the sauce over each fillet and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
