- 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add mashed bananas and vanilla.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold in banana pudding mix.
- Combine the whipped mixture with the cream cheese mixture until just blended. Pour over the crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
