- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup mashed banana (one medium-large banana)
- ¼ cup butter (for frosting)
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
- Dash of salt (for frosting)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (for frosting)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang, and spray it lightly with cooking spray.
