  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve hot.
